Without new dams or interventions in the watercourse
The turbines are installed floating in the existing canal, downstream of the power plant. The anchoring doesn't disturb the bottom sediments. When the system is lifted out, it leaves no trace.
Scientifically validated
Scientifically validated minimal environmental impact
The turbines' minimal environmental impact is validated by Swedish universities and published in reviewed research. Fish pass safely, without the need to build new passages or screens.
