We’re honoured to announce that SeaPattern has been awarded funding from Vinnova and Försvarsmakten as part of the Innovation Program for Civil-Military Synergies, inspired by NATO’s acceleration program DIANA (Nato Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic).
The initiative, “Acceleration of Civil-Military Innovations,” focuses on advancing dual-use technologies with the potential to tackle defense-related challenges while enhancing the competitiveness of Swedish companies on the international stage.
SeaPattern Hydrokinetic Energy System provides a modular, sustainable power solution that operates independently of traditional grids. Thanks to this grant, we will be able to develop our system for use in emergency scenarios – whether due to natural disasters, power outages, or conflict.
With a unique, easy-to-deploy design, SeaPattern’s system is ideal for remote locations and critical situations, ensuring a stable power supply even when standard infrastructure is compromised.
